Washer does not fill with water or fills very slowly; cycle may stop shortly after starting with E02 displayed.

Safety first: Unplug the washer and close the water taps before disconnecting hoses.

• Step 1 – Check water supply:
  • Ensure both hot and cold (if used) taps feeding the Arctic washer are fully open.
  • Verify household water pressure by opening a nearby tap; weak flow may indicate a plumbing issue.
• Step 2 – Clean inlet filters:
  • Turn off taps and disconnect the inlet hoses from the back of the washer.
  • Inside each inlet valve port on the washer, remove the small mesh filters with needle-nose pliers.
  • Rinse filters under running water and brush off debris; reinstall them carefully.
  • Flush the hoses into a bucket to ensure good flow, then reconnect firmly.
• Step 3 – Test the inlet valve:
  • Restore power and water, start a fill cycle, and listen for the valve clicking and water entering.
  • If there is power to the valve but no water flow and filters are clean, the inlet valve is likely defective and should be replaced.
• Step 4 – Check pressure switch hose (advanced):
  • Unplug the washer and remove the top cover.
  • Locate the small rubber hose running from the bottom of the tub to the pressure switch.
  • Ensure the hose is not kinked, split, or blocked with detergent residue; blow gently through it to clear blockages.
• If E02 remains after these checks, the pressure switch or main control board may be faulty; professional diagnosis is recommended.
