Washer shows E14 and may not start or may stop unexpectedly; often linked to power supply or internal voltage issues.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before inspecting the power entry components. Do not open sealed electronic modules unless qualified.

• Step 1 – Check external power:
  • Verify that the wall socket provides stable voltage using another appliance.
  • Avoid using extension leads or multi-plugs; plug the Arctic washer directly into a grounded outlet.
• Step 2 – Inspect power cord and plug:
  • Check for cuts, burns, or loose pins on the plug.
  • If damaged, have the cord replaced by a qualified technician.
• Step 3 – Internal inspection (advanced):
  • Remove the rear or top panel to access the mains filter and control board.
  • Inspect the mains filter for burning or swelling.
  • Check that all connectors are firmly seated.
• If E14 persists and external power is stable, the internal power supply on the main PCB may be faulty; board replacement should be carried out by an authorized service center.
