Washer door will not open at the end of the cycle, but there is no error code.

Safety first: Do not force the door open. Unplug the washer before attempting manual release.

• Step 1 – Wait and check:
  • Allow several minutes after cycle end; some Arctic models delay unlocking.
  • Ensure the drum is not hot from a high-temperature wash.
• Step 2 – Check for water in drum:
  • If water is visible, drain via the pump filter and run a drain/spin program.
• Step 3 – Use emergency release:
  • Access the emergency door release near the pump filter and pull gently.
• Step 4 – Inspect door lock:
  • Once open and unplugged, remove the door lock assembly and inspect for mechanical damage.
  • Replace the lock if it is stiff or burnt.
• If the door remains locked or frequently sticks, have the control board and pressure switch checked by a technician.
