How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Use appropriate cleaning agents and avoid mixing chemicals (e.g., bleach and acids).

  • Step 1 – Clean door seal:
    • Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and mild detergent or a dedicated washing machine cleaner.
    • Remove visible mold and residue.
  • Step 2 – Run maintenance wash:
    • Run an empty 90°C cycle with a machine cleaner or a cup of washing soda (follow product instructions).
  • Step 3 – Clean detergent drawer:
    • Remove the drawer and soak it in hot water.
    • Scrub away mold and detergent buildup.
    • Clean the drawer housing as well.
  • Step 4 – Improve ventilation:
    • Leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open between washes to allow drying.
  • Step 5 – Check drain system:
    • Clean the pump filter and ensure there is no stagnant water.
