Washer door will not open at the end of the cycle; no error code is displayed.

Safety first: Do not force the door; unplug the washer.

• Wait cooling time: Allow 2–5 minutes after cycle end for the lock to release, especially after hot washes.
• Check for water: If water remains in the drum, run a drain/spin cycle. The door will not unlock if the machine thinks it is full.
• Use emergency release: Access the manual door release near the pump filter and pull gently to open.

If the problem repeats, replace the door lock assembly.
