How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer.
Step-by-step checks:
- Check the belt: Remove the rear panel and inspect the drive belt. If it is off the pulleys or broken, refit or replace it with the correct Beko belt size.
- Inspect the motor brushes: Remove the motor and check the carbon brushes. Replace them if they are worn short or unevenly.
- Spin the drum by hand: Ensure the drum turns freely. If it is seized or very stiff, investigate the bearings or foreign objects.
If the belt and brushes are fine but E21 persists, motor or PCB testing is required by a technician.
