Possible Causes
Open or shorted NTC sensor, loose NTC connector, damaged wiring to NTC, PCB sensor input fault.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and allow it to cool.
Step-by-step checks:
- Locate the NTC: Usually mounted in the heater housing at the bottom of the tub.
- Test the NTC: Disconnect and measure the resistance at room temperature. Compare with Beko specifications. If the reading is near 0 Ω (short) or infinite (open), replace the NTC.
- Check the wiring: Inspect the harness from the NTC to the PCB for damage.
If the NTC and wiring are good, the PCB may be misreading the sensor.
