How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off and unplug the washer.
- Check supply: Plug another appliance into the same socket to confirm stable power. Avoid using extension leads.
- Inspect power cord: Check for cuts, burns, or loose plug pins. Replace if damaged.
- Check interference filter: With the top or rear panel removed, locate the mains filter where the cord enters. Ensure connections are tight and there is no burning.
If E18 recurs with a good supply, the internal power supply on the PCB may be faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
