Possible Causes
Faulty door interlock, Broken door catch, Loose door lock wiring, PCB door sensing fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before working on the door lock.
- Check door and latch: Inspect the plastic door catch for cracks or wear. Replace if damaged.
- Test interlock: As with E01, access and test the door lock for continuity when engaged. Replace if faulty.
- Verify wiring: Ensure the harness from the interlock to the PCB is intact.
If a new interlock does not clear E30, the PCB may not be detecting the lock signal correctly and should be serviced by a technician.
