Possible Causes
Loose or split drain hose, Leaking tub-to-pump hose, Faulty water inlet hose or seal, Leaking heater gasket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply. Tilt the machine only with assistance to avoid injury.
- Identify leak source: Run a short fill cycle while observing the underside and rear (with panels removed) to see where water appears.
- Check hoses: Tighten hose clamps on the tub-to-pump hose and drain hose. Replace any hose that is cracked or perished.
- Inspect inlet connections: Ensure the inlet hose is tight at both the tap and machine ends and that rubber washers are intact.
- Heater seal: If water appears around the heater entry point, the heater gasket may be leaking. Remove and refit or replace the heater with a new seal.
