Washer takes much longer than the displayed time to complete a cycle.

Safety: Unplug before internal checks.

• Observe heating: During a hot wash, feel the door glass after 20–30 minutes; it should be warm. If not, suspect heater or NTC issues.
• Check load and balance: Overloaded or badly balanced loads can cause repeated spin attempts. Load the drum loosely to about 2/3 full.
• Water pressure: Ensure good flow at the inlet and clean filters.
• Detergent use: Use correct type and quantity to avoid over-foaming, which can cause extra rinses.
