Washer vibrates and moves across the floor during the spin cycle

Safety first: Stop the washer if it moves excessively to prevent hose damage.

• 1. Remove shipping bolts: On new Casarte washers, ensure all rear shipping bolts and spacers are removed.
• 2. Level the washer: Adjust all four leveling feet until the washer is stable and does not rock. Lock the nuts.
• 3. Use anti-vibration pads: Place rubber pads under the feet if the floor is slippery or uneven.
• 4. Inspect shocks (advanced): If vibration persists, check shock absorbers and replace if worn.
