- Examine the door catch: Look for wear or breakage on the plastic catch. Replace if rounded or cracked so it can fully engage the interlock.
- Test the door lock switch: Access the door lock as described for E01. Use a multimeter to verify that the lock sends a closed-door signal to the PCB when engaged. If the position switch does not change state, replace the lock.
- Check wiring: Follow the harness from the lock to the control board. Reseat connectors and repair any damaged wires.
- Re-test: After adjustments and replacements, close the door firmly and start a short program to confirm that E10 no longer appears.
