Inspect suspension: Remove the rear panel and observe the shock absorbers and springs. Look for oil leakage from dampers, broken spring hooks, or detached mounts. Replace worn dampers in pairs.
Check load habits: Advise against overloading and washing heavy items alone. Mixed loads distribute weight better.
Test spin: After adjustments, run a spin-only cycle with a small, balanced load to confirm reduced vibration and no E16 error.
