Possible Causes

Blocked pressure hose, Faulty pressure sensor, Loose connector at pressure switch, Air leak in pressure hose

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the top or rear panel.

  • Locate pressure sensor: On most Comfee washers, the water level sensor (pressure switch) is mounted near the top side wall with a small rubber hose running down to the tub or air chamber.
  • Inspect hose: Check the thin pressure hose for kinks, cracks, or disconnections. Remove it from the sensor and gently blow through it to clear any soap residue or lint blockage.
  • Check air chamber: Where the hose connects to the tub or air dome, ensure the port is not clogged with detergent sludge. Clean if necessary.
  • Reconnect firmly: Reattach the hose securely at both ends and ensure the electrical connector on the pressure sensor is fully seated.
  • Test cycle: Plug the washer back in and run a rinse/spin cycle to see if E7 clears. If the error returns, the pressure sensor itself may be faulty and should be replaced.
