Possible Causes

Incorrect NTC reading, wiring harness issue, control board miscalibration, heater stuck on

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the washer and allow it to cool if it has overheated.

Verify sensor and heater:

  • Test the NTC sensor as in F05 and F23. Replace if readings are unstable or out of range.
  • Check that the heater is not energized when it should be off (requires live-voltage testing by a trained person). A heater stuck on can overheat water and trigger F24.

If components test good: The main control may be misinterpreting temperature data. Replacement of the control board is recommended through a professional service provider.
