Possible Causes
Stuck-open water inlet valve, blocked pressure hose, failed pressure switch, siphoning from drain hose installed too low
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Emergency action: Immediately turn off both hot and cold water supply valves and unplug the washer.
Check inlet valve:
- With the washer unplugged and water valves turned back on briefly, observe if water still enters the tub. If so, the inlet valve is mechanically stuck open and must be replaced.
Inspect pressure system and drain hose:
- Follow the pressure hose and switch checks in F08.
- Ensure the drain hose is installed at the correct height (usually 30–96 inches above floor) to prevent siphoning.
