Washer stops mid-cycle and will not resume; lights may be on but no action.

Basic reset:

• Unplug the washer for 5–10 minutes, then plug back in and attempt to run a Drain/Spin cycle.

Check door/lid switch:

• Ensure the door or lid is fully closed and the lock engages. Test the switch or lock for intermittent operation and replace if faulty.

If the problem recurs at the same point in the cycle, the control board or motor may be overheating or failing and should be evaluated by a technician.
