Washer does not take fabric softener or detergent from the drawer; compartments remain full after cycle.

Safety first: Unplug the washer if removing the top cover; for drawer cleaning only, switching off at the control is sufficient.

• Remove and clean drawer: Pull out the detergent drawer, press the release tab, and wash all parts under warm water to remove residue.
• Clean dispenser housing: Use a brush to clean the water jets and channels above the drawer.
• Check water pressure: Ensure adequate water flow to the machine and clean inlet filters.

If the problem persists, the dispenser valve or housing may be damaged and require replacement.
