Washer takes too long to complete a cycle; time remaining on display increases or stays high.

Possible Causes
Low water pressure causing slow fill, Heater not working so machine extends wash, Unbalanced load causing repeated spin attempts, Clogged drain slowing water removal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before cleaning filters or hoses.
- Check water pressure: Ensure the inlet tap is fully open and inlet filters are clean.
- Verify heating: During a hot wash, feel the door glass after 15–20 minutes; it should be warm. If not, check heater and NTC as described in heating faults.
- Clean drain system: Remove and clean the drain filter and hose to ensure fast draining.
- Balance loads: Avoid single heavy items that cause repeated spin balancing attempts.
If cycles remain excessively long, a sensor or PCB issue may be present and should be checked by a technician.
