Washer takes too long to complete a cycle; time remaining on display increases or stays high.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before cleaning filters or hoses.

• Check water pressure: Ensure the inlet tap is fully open and inlet filters are clean.
• Verify heating: During a hot wash, feel the door glass after 15–20 minutes; it should be warm. If not, check heater and NTC as described in heating faults.
• Clean drain system: Remove and clean the drain filter and hose to ensure fast draining.
• Balance loads: Avoid single heavy items that cause repeated spin balancing attempts.

If cycles remain excessively long, a sensor or PCB issue may be present and should be checked by a technician.
