How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use appropriate cleaning agents and avoid mixing chemicals.
- Run a drum clean: Run an empty 90°C cycle with a washing machine cleaner or 1–2 cups of white vinegar (do not mix with bleach).
- Clean door seal: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and mild detergent, removing lint and slime.
- Clean detergent drawer: Remove the drawer and scrub away mould and residue. Clean the cavity as well.
- Leave door ajar: After each wash, leave the door and drawer slightly open to allow drying.
Repeat cleaning monthly to prevent odours returning.
