Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the top cover if needed.

• Clean drawer: Remove the detergent drawer completely. Soak and scrub all compartments and siphon caps.
• Clean housing: Use a brush to clean the water inlet holes above the drawer cavity.
• Check water pressure: Ensure taps are fully open and inlet filters are clean.
• Refit correctly: Slide the drawer back in fully until it clicks.

If the issue persists, the dispenser inlet valve or housing may need inspection.
