Possible Causes
Blocked pressure hose to pressure sensor, Faulty water level pressure sensor, Partially clogged inlet valve, Control board sensing circuit fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power and close water supply valves before opening any panels.
- Run a rinse cycle: Sometimes E11 is triggered by a temporary pressure issue. Cancel the cycle, power off for 5 minutes, then try a rinse/spin cycle.
- Check inlet flow: Confirm that the tub is actually filling with enough water. If fill is slow, follow the E10 cleaning steps for inlet screens and hoses.
- Inspect pressure hose: Remove the top panel (usually a few screws at the back). Locate the small rubber or plastic hose running from the tub/air chamber to the pressure sensor. Ensure it is not kinked, cracked, or blocked with soap residue. Carefully detach and blow through it to clear any blockage, then reattach securely.
- Examine pressure sensor: Check that the sensor connector is firmly seated and free of corrosion. If the hose and water supply are fine but E11 persists, the pressure sensor may need replacement.
Control board faults are less common and should be diagnosed by a professional.
