Possible Causes
Faulty tachometer sensor on motor, Loose tachometer connector, Broken magnet on motor shaft, Damaged motor control circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power.
- Access motor: Remove the rear panel and locate the tachometer at the back of the motor (small sensor with two wires).
- Check connector: Ensure the tachometer plug is firmly connected and wires are intact.
- Inspect magnet: Look for a cracked or missing magnet ring on the motor shaft. If damaged, replace the motor assembly.
- Replace tachometer: If available separately for your model, replace the tachometer sensor.
If E52 persists after motor/tach replacement, the control board may be defective.
