Possible Causes
Broken or slipped drive belt, Faulty drive motor, Seized drum bearings, Motor control failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer.
- Check belt: Remove the rear panel and inspect the drive belt between the motor and drum pulley. Refit if slipped off; replace if broken or badly worn.
- Test drum rotation: Spin the drum by hand. If it is very stiff or seized, suspect bearing failure.
- Inspect motor: If the belt is intact and drum turns freely, follow motor diagnostic steps (brushes, tachometer, wiring).
