How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer before tipping or moving it.
- Check installation: Ensure all shipping bolts and transit brackets have been removed according to the installation manual.
- Level the washer: Adjust the leveling feet so the washer is stable and does not rock. Lock the feet in place.
- Inspect shocks: Remove the rear or front panel and examine the shock absorbers attached to the tub. If they are leaking oil, bent, or very easy to compress, replace them as a set.
- Check springs: Inspect the top suspension springs for stretching or breakage and replace if needed.
