- Check connectors: Ensure the ribbon cable or harness between the UI board and main PCB is fully seated and not damaged.
- Test operation: Reassemble and plug in the washer. Try selecting different programs. If E15 persists, the UI board or main PCB may need replacement. Replace the UI board first, as it is usually less expensive.
