Possible Causes
Loose harness between boards, Oxidized connectors, Faulty main PCB, Defective display or inverter board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the control panel or top cover.
- Power reset: Leave the washer unplugged for at least 5–10 minutes, then reconnect and try again. Transient faults can sometimes clear.
- Inspect control connections: Remove the top panel and control console. Check ribbon cables and wiring harnesses between the main PCB, display board, and inverter (if separate). Reseat all connectors.
- Look for damage: Examine boards for burn marks, corrosion, or moisture. Dry any condensation and correct any leaks before reassembly.
- If E10 remains: One of the boards is likely defective. Replacement and proper configuration are best handled by a qualified Haier service technician.
