Possible Causes
Defective flow meter (if equipped), Wiring issue between flow meter and PCB, Stuck or partially blocked inlet valve, Faulty main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and close water supply valves.
- Clean inlet filters and hoses: Follow the steps under E1 to ensure good water flow.
- Locate flow meter: Some Haier models use a flow meter in line with the inlet valve. Inspect its wiring and connectors for damage.
- Test flow meter: With a multimeter, check for proper pulse output while water flows (advanced users only). Replace the flow meter if it does not generate pulses.
- Check valve operation: If the valve does not open or close properly even with correct signals, replace the water inlet valve assembly.
- If all components test good: The main PCB may not be reading the flow meter correctly and may need replacement.
