Possible Causes
Closed water tap, Blocked inlet hose or filter, Defective water inlet valve coil, Faulty water level pressure switch not resetting
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close water taps before removing hoses.
- Verify tap and pressure: Confirm the water tap feeding the Hansa washer is open and that there is adequate pressure by filling a container from the tap.
- Clean filters and hose: Remove the inlet hose from the washer and tap. Clean the mesh filters at both ends. Flush the hose to remove sediment.
- Test inlet valve coil: With power off, access the inlet valve and measure coil resistance. Replace the valve if the coil is open or shows signs of burning.
- Check pressure switch reset: If the pressure switch is stuck in the “full” position, the control will not open the valve. Remove the pressure hose from the switch and gently blow to clear any blockage. Replace the switch if it does not click or change contacts.
- Run a test fill: Reconnect everything, restore power, and start a quick wash to confirm water intake.
