Washer does not take fabric softener from the dispenser.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before removing the dispenser drawer.

• Clean softener compartment: Remove the drawer and take out the softener siphon insert. Clean all parts thoroughly under warm water to remove residue.
• Check water jets: Look up into the dispenser housing and clean the small holes above the softener compartment with a brush or toothpick.
• Level the washer: Ensure the washer is level front-to-back so the siphon works correctly.
• Inspect dispenser hose: If softener still remains, check the hose from the dispenser to the tub for blockages and clean it.
