Washer leaks water from the rear or bottom during fill or wash.

Safety first: Unplug the washer and close water taps. Tilt the machine only with assistance to avoid injury.

• Locate leak source: Remove the rear panel and run a short fill with a small amount of water while observing with a flashlight. Identify the exact point of leakage.
• Check hose clamps: Tighten the clamps on the tub-to-pump hose and pump-to-drain hose. Replace rusty or broken clamps.
• Inspect hoses: Look for splits or pinholes in rubber hoses. Replace any damaged hoses with Hansa-compatible parts.
• Outer tub damage: If the plastic outer tub is cracked, it may be repairable with a plastic welding kit, but replacement of the tub assembly is the reliable solution and usually requires a technician.
