Safety first: Unplug the washer before working on the door assembly.

'Door' messages indicate the machine cannot confirm the door is safely locked.

• Check physical closure: Close the door firmly until you hear a positive click. Inspect the door seal for obstructions.
• Inspect door catch and handle: Look for cracks or wear in the plastic catch. Replace the catch or complete door handle kit if damaged.
• Door lock inspection: Access the door interlock as described under F06. Check wiring and replace the lock if it shows signs of overheating or mechanical failure.
• Reassemble and test: After replacing parts, run a short cycle to confirm the door locks and the message clears.
