Possible Causes
Disconnected or blocked pressure hose, Faulty pressure switch, Wiring fault between pressure switch and control, Blocked pressure chamber on tub
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply.
F10 indicates the control is not receiving correct water level information.
- Access pressure switch: Remove the top cover. Locate the round pressure switch with a small rubber hose.
- Check hose connection: Ensure the hose is firmly attached at both the switch and tub ends. Refit if loose.
- Clear blockages: Remove the hose and blow through it to clear soap residue. If blocked, rinse under hot water.
- Clean pressure chamber: If accessible, remove the chamber from the tub and clean out sludge and detergent build-up.
- Test switch operation: Gently blow into the hose while connected to the switch and listen for clicks. If no clicks or if the switch rattles, replace the pressure switch.
- Wiring check: Confirm the electrical connector is secure and wires are intact.
- Reassemble and test: Run a fill-only or rinse cycle to verify correct operation.
