Washer does not take detergent or softener from the dispenser drawer; compartments remain full after the wash.

Safety first: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply.

• Remove and clean drawer: Pull out the dispenser drawer and wash it thoroughly under hot water, removing all residue.
• Clean dispenser housing: Use a brush to clean the water jets and channels above the drawer. Remove any mold or scale.
• Check water pressure: Ensure adequate water flow to the machine and clean inlet filters.
• Inlet valve channels: Some models have separate valves for prewash, main wash, and softener. If one channel is not opening, test the valve coils and replace the valve assembly if necessary.
