Washer takes too long to complete a cycle; time remaining may increase or stay stuck.

Safety first: Unplug the washer before internal checks.

• Observe behavior: Note whether the delay occurs during heating, spinning, or draining.
• Check water temperature: If the machine never heats properly, test the heater and NTC sensor as described under F03/F07.
• Verify water supply: Ensure good water pressure and clean inlet filters.
• Clean pump filter and hoses: Partial blockages can slow drainage and extend rinse/spin times.
• Load balance: Avoid single heavy items and overloading, which can cause repeated spin balancing attempts.
