Safety: Disconnect power before touching internal wiring.

• Power cycle: Unplug the washer for 5 minutes to reset the control. Plug back in and attempt a rinse & spin cycle.
• Inspect for moisture: Remove the front/top panel and check the door lock area for water intrusion or corrosion. Dry the area thoroughly and correct any leaks from the door boot.
• Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the wiring harness at the door lock and at the main control board to ensure solid contact.
• Replace lock if intermittent: If the error appears sporadically and the lock feels hot or shows signs of corrosion, replace the door lock assembly.
• Control board check: If a new lock does not resolve the issue, the main control board may have a weak relay or damaged input circuit and should be replaced.
