How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Always unplug the washer before removing the control panel or touching wiring.
- Check outlet: Verify the washer is plugged directly into a properly grounded outlet (no extension cords) and that voltage is within 110–125 VAC (North America) using a meter.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or loose connections at the terminal block. Tighten screws and replace damaged cords.
- Control board inspection: Remove the control panel and visually inspect the board for burnt components, bulging capacitors, or discoloration. Replace the board if damage is evident.
- Component isolation: If the error appears when a specific function starts (e.g., heater or motor), that component may be shorted. Disconnect that load and test again to isolate the fault.
