Washer vibrates excessively or "walks" across the floor during spin.

Safety first: Keep children and pets away from a vibrating washer. Unplug before adjusting feet or suspension.

• Remove shipping bolts: On new Insignia washers, ensure all rear shipping bolts and transit brackets have been removed per the installation manual.
• Level the washer: Adjust the leveling feet so the washer is stable and does not rock. Lock the nuts to maintain position.
• Check floor: Place the washer on a solid, level surface. Reinforce weak floors or use an anti-vibration pad if necessary.
• Inspect suspension: If vibration persists, inspect and replace worn Insignia suspension rods (top-load) or shock absorbers (front-load).
