Safety first: No internal repair is needed for SUD unless repeated frequently.

• Pause and rinse: Allow the washer to complete its automatic suds reduction. If needed, run an extra Rinse+Spin with no detergent.
• Use HE detergent: Only use high-efficiency (HE) detergent and follow LG's recommended amounts, reducing dose in soft water.
• Clean tub: Run a Tub Clean cycle with LG-approved cleaner to remove detergent buildup.
• Persistent SUD: If SUD appears with correct detergent use, the pressure sensor or drain system may be partially blocked and should be inspected.
