Washer has a strong moldy or musty odor, especially from the drum or door gasket.

Safety first: Use cleaning chemicals in a well-ventilated area and follow product instructions.

• Clean door gasket: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and mild bleach solution or LG-approved cleaner. Remove trapped debris.
• Run Tub Clean: Use the Tub Clean cycle with LG washing machine cleaner or a suitable descaler.
• Clean dispenser: Remove and wash the detergent drawer and housing to remove slime and residue.
