Possible Causes
Closed water tap, Clogged inlet filters, Faulty water inlet valve coil, Faulty wiring to inlet valve
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer and close water taps before disconnecting hoses.
- Verify taps: Confirm that the water taps are fully open and that there is adequate water pressure.
- Clean filters: Remove hoses from the back of the washer and clean the mesh filters inside the valve inlets.
- Check valve coil: With power disconnected, remove the top or rear panel to access the inlet valve. Inspect wiring and test coil resistance with a multimeter. Replace the valve assembly if open or shorted.
- Inspect wiring: Trace the harness from the control board to the valve for damage or loose connectors. Repair or replace as needed.
- Test cycle: Reassemble, restore water and power, and run a quick wash to confirm proper filling.
