• Inspect pressure hose: Locate the small rubber or plastic hose running from the bottom of the tub to the pressure switch (usually near the top). Check for kinks, cracks, or blockages (soap scum, lint). Remove and blow through it to clear obstructions.
• Check tub air dome: Where the hose connects to the tub, ensure the air dome is not clogged with detergent residue. Clean gently with a small brush and warm water if accessible.
• Examine pressure switch: Inspect the water level sensor for signs of damage or corrosion on the terminals. Reseat the connector.
• Functional test: With the hose connected, gently blow into the hose (washer unplugged) and listen for clicks in the pressure switch. No clicks may indicate a failed switch that needs replacement.
• Reset: Reassemble, plug in, and run a rinse cycle to confirm the error is cleared.
