Possible Causes
Blown mains fuse, Faulty power cord, Defective noise filter (EMI filter), Failed main control board power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the washer before opening any panels. If you are not comfortable working with mains voltage, contact a technician.
- Check outlet: Test the wall outlet with another appliance to confirm power is present.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or kinks. Replace the cord if damaged.
- Check fuse/EMI filter: Remove the rear/top panel and locate the mains filter module. Some models have an internal fuse; test and replace if blown, and investigate for underlying shorts.
- Control board: If power reaches the board but there is no response, the board's low-voltage power supply may have failed and the PCB will need replacement.
