How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer before removing the top cover.
- Access pressure sensor: Remove the top panel. Locate the pressure sensor (round or rectangular device) with a small hose attached and a multi-pin connector.
- Check hose connection: Ensure the hose is firmly attached at both the sensor and tub ends. Look for splits or hardened rubber; replace if damaged.
- Dry connectors: If there are signs of condensation or detergent residue on the sensor plug, disconnect it and dry both sides carefully. Do not use excessive force on the pins.
- Replace sensor if faulty: If E10 recurs after hose and connector checks, replace the pressure sensor with a Neff-compatible part, transferring any mounting brackets as needed.
- Test operation: Run a short wash and observe filling and draining. The water level should stabilize without repeated fill/drain cycles.
