How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer before removing the top cover or dispenser assembly.
- Check dispenser drawer: Remove and clean the detergent drawer and housing. Built-up detergent can restrict internal valves.
- Inspect internal valves: With the top cover removed, locate the dispenser inlet valves and any diverter valves. Check for stuck mechanisms or broken actuators.
- Test solenoids: Disconnect the valve coils and measure resistance. Open circuit or very low resistance indicates a faulty coil that should be replaced.
- Replace faulty valve: Swap the defective valve or diverter assembly with a Neff-compatible part, ensuring all hoses and clamps are secure.
