Washer does not take fabric softener from the dispenser drawer.

Possible Causes
Blocked softener compartment siphon, Clogged dispenser jets, Faulty rinse inlet valve, Low water pressure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer before removing the dispenser drawer.
- Clean softener compartment: Remove the drawer and take out the softener siphon insert (usually a plastic cap). Clean thoroughly to remove dried softener.
- Clear jets: Use a brush or toothpick to clear the small holes above the softener compartment where rinse water enters.
- Check water flow: Run a rinse cycle and observe if water flows into the softener compartment. If not, the corresponding inlet valve may be faulty and require replacement.
- Use correct softener amount: Do not overfill beyond the max line, as this can prevent proper siphoning.
