Possible Causes
Faulty NTC sensor, Stuck heater relay, Incorrect program selection, Control module fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Avoid touching the door glass during hot cycles. Unplug the washer before internal checks.
- Verify program: Ensure you are not using a boil wash (90–95 °C) unintentionally.
- Check NTC sensor: Test and replace the NTC as described for E11 if it is not reading correctly.
- Heater relay: If the heater remains on continuously, the relay on the control board may be stuck closed, requiring board replacement.
- Monitor behavior: After repairs, run a 40 °C cycle and confirm that the door becomes only mildly warm.
