Possible Causes
Water not heating properly, Repeated imbalance corrections, Low water pressure, Excessive suds
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer before internal checks.
- Observe heating: During a 60 °C cycle, the door glass should become warm. If not, check heater and NTC as described for E05/E11.
- Check load and balance: Overloaded or very small loads can cause repeated spin attempts. Load the drum to about 2/3 full with mixed items.
- Verify water supply: Ensure adequate water pressure and clean inlet filters so the machine can fill quickly.
- Control suds: Use correct detergent dosage to prevent extra rinse cycles triggered by foam.
