Washer does not fill with water; E02 appears shortly after program start.

Safety first: Turn off power and close the water tap before disconnecting hoses.

• Step 1 – Check water supply: Ensure the wall tap is fully open. Test water pressure by filling a bucket from the tap; weak flow indicates a plumbing issue, not the washer.
• Step 2 – Clean inlet filters: Turn off the tap, remove the inlet hose from the back of the washer. Inside the valve ports on the washer and sometimes in the hose end are small mesh filters. Carefully pull them out with pliers, rinse under running water, and reinstall.
• Step 3 – Inspect inlet hose: Check for kinks, crushing, or internal blockage. Replace the hose if damaged or if it has an anti-flood device that has tripped.
• Step 4 – Test inlet valve: With power disconnected, remove the top cover. Locate the water inlet valve assembly. Check the wiring connector. Measure coil resistance; if open or very low, replace the valve. Look for signs of leakage or scale buildup.
• Step 5 – Check pressure sensor and hose: Locate the pressure sensor (usually mounted high on the side wall). Inspect the thin pressure hose from the tub to the sensor for splits, kinks, or blockages (soap residue). Clean or replace the hose. If the sensor rattles or shows no change in resistance/voltage when blowing gently into the hose (bench test), replace the sensor.
